Saint Nicholas

The church of Saint Nicholas (known locally as Agionikoloudin) is the only surviving structure of an old, destroyed monastery to the west of the community of Filousa Kelokedaron. It is a small, single-aisled wooden-roofed chapel with a gabled roof. The historic pilgrimage icon of the Saint is kept for protection in the Byzantine Museum of the Holy Metropolis of Paphos, while next to the church the ruins of a chapel of Saint Catherine are also preserved.
