Saint Paraskevi

This historic church is the central parish of the Germasogeia area in Limassol and was built in the early twentieth century upon the ruins of an older structure. Architecturally it follows the type of the single-aisled basilica, incorporating strong elements of Gothic influence and covering with traditional groin vaults. Its interior is particularly spacious, decorated with elaborate wall paintings on the dome and an imposing chandelier, while it borders directly with the local Cultural Center.
