Saint Zinovios and Zinovia

The stone-built chapel of Saint Zenobios and Saint Zenobia is located to the southwest of the old and now abandoned village of Statos in mountainous Paphos. It was erected in the mid-nineteenth century with hewn stone upon the foundations of an older church and is surrounded by a large paved courtyard. It was the central church of the old community before it was relocated due to the catastrophic landslides of the 1960s.
